Hi Breeanna,
We know from past experience that you are very good at your job (excellent in fact) and you have always attended to all the little details that make a difference in keeping both the landlord and the tenant happy.  Our properties have been fast going down hill since you left [your previous employer].  We have visited them 3 times over the past 9 months and met the 2 different property managers who made all the promises of fixing/maintaining things but nothing has been attended to hence they are fast going down hill.
